Finance Manager

You will play an essential role in the finance team, overseeing the consolidation of month-end accounts and preparing management reports for the Group FD. Your work will also be instrumental in shaping the future financial direction by supporting the budgeting process, analysing data, and offering valuable insights.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinating the preparation of management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring timely submission of monthly management accounts.

  • Collaborating with key commercial stakeholders throughout the business.

  • Analysing variances between actual performance and budget/rolling forecasts, identifying key trends, and assessing risks and opportunities.

  • Improving management information by analysing revenue and costs and developing standardized reports to provide performance insights to senior management.

  • Creating budget reports for discussions with the Finance team and wider business.

  • Preparing Balance Sheet Reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced finance professional with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization and manage their workload efficiently. A solid understanding of finance and expertise in creating and presenting management reports is crucial.
