​We are looking to recruit a Qualified Financial Planning & Analysis/Finance Business Partnering role to join a forward-thinking and dynamic International Financial Services organisation located in the heart of Leeds. Amid a period of sustained growth, we are looking for a passionate and strategic FP&A/Finance Business Partner to join a growing finance team, driving financial performance across the organisation.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be instrumental in delivering financial insights and support to your designated business units, ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with senior management, offering financial and commercial expertise and guidance to drive informed decision-making.

  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader business goals.

  • Offer financial insights, analysis, and commercial recommendations to enhance business performance, serving as a strategic advisor to business unit leaders.

  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments by building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders both in UK and across Europe.

  • Provide detailed actionable insights to support strategic planning and operational efficiency via comprehensive and insightful analysis of financial data.

  • Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

  • Identify risks and opportunities, monitor financial performance against targets, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Support the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to protect company assets.

  • Management and supervision of a Management Accountant, ensuring accurate financial reporting and accounts production.

  • Enhance financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to review large data sets and make suitable recommendations.

  • Experience of Budgeting and Forecasting.

  • Good level of ERP systems knowledge.

  • Business Partnering experience with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Experience in Financial Services is desirable, but not essential.

Package Includes:

  • Salary £55k to £60k

  • Bonus (Approx. 10-15%)
