As FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, managing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. Acting as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, you’ll deliver valuable analysis and insights to inform decision-making and drive the company’s growth. This role also presents an exciting opportunity to build a scalable FP&A function that aligns with the company’s expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly performance analysis to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to accurately forecast revenue, expenses, and capital requirements.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing insights to improve performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support business case development.

  • Deliver precise KPI reporting and variance analysis, identifying trends and drivers to guide strategic decision-making.

  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management and the board.

  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy across FP&A activities.

  • Leverage financial systems and tools to automate reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Ideally will be able to demonstrate the below experience;

  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

  • Proven experience in FP&A with a track record of effective business partnering at a senior level.

  • Experience working in a multi-site business environment.

  • Advanced analytical skills, with expertise in Excel and financial modelling.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, financial planning software, and data visualization tools.

  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
