The Role:

As the Finance Manager, you will work closely with the CFO, blending financial expertise with commercial insight to drive business success. This role offers unparalleled opportunities for career progression and the chance to make a lasting impact on the company's financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring performance aligns with budgets.

  • Deliver comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to stakeholders.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with precision and actionable insights.

  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of intergroup balances and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

  • Partner with the CFO to provide commercial insights that enhance profitability and support strategic decision-making.

  • Assist senior leadership in evaluating and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performing finance team.

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below qualifications/experience:

  • A professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).

  • Strong experience in management and financial accounting.

  • A proven track record of thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team.

  • Advanced IT proficiency, including expertise in Excel and ERP systems.

  • A collaborative mindset and a results-driven approach.
