Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a career-driven Senior Finance Manager, qualified in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, to step into a newly created role due to a period of significant growth in recent years. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO, blending financial and commercial expertise to support and drive the business forward. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the team in the monthly management accounts process, reviewing performance against budget.

  • Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

  • Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • Ensuring accurate monthly reconciliation of intergroup balances and liaising with senior stakeholders across the business.

  • Collaborating with the CFO to enhance commercial insights and profitability.

  • Supporting the senior management team in evaluating new business opportunities aligned with growth ambitions.

  • Providing mentorship and training to junior team members, further developing your leadership skills.

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below qualifications/experience:

  • Qualification in CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.

  • Strong technical expertise in management and financial accounting.

  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Proven management skills and ability to lead and develop a small team.

  • Advanced IT including proficiency in Excel and a variety of ERP systems.

  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
