In this role, you will oversee financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and ensure the financial health of our growing enterprise. We value innovation, dedication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Working directly with the Finance Director and alongside a variety of senior stakeholders across the business; your role will blend both the financial and commercial elements of finance including:

  • Prepare monthly management information (MI), financial key performance indicators (KPIs), and reports.

  • Manage cash flow and maintain internal controls.

  • Develop and refine systems and processes to enhance efficiency and drive automation.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through overhead reviews and reductions.

  • Lead the development and implementation of finance-related projects.

  • Oversee the evaluation and training of finance department staff.

  • Develop, analyse, report, and monitor staff KPIs.

  • Coordinate and monitor office operations to meet company requirements.

  • Conduct financial planning and analysis using MI and KPI reports.

  • Manage and develop accounting systems and the finance function.

  • Analyse and identify profitability across all business areas.

  • Provide strategic and commercial support to senior management.

  • Participate in ad hoc projects and contribute to business operations.
