The Finance Business Partner will manage the financial operations across multiple internal departments, providing valuable financial insights and expertise. This role works closely with Business Directors and their teams to support strategic decision-making, drive growth, and improve business performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with key commercial stakeholders across the organization.

  • Identifying and analysing variances between actual performance and budget/rolling forecasts, highlighting significant trends, and assessing risks and opportunities.

  • Improving management information by providing analysis related to revenue and costs.

  • Generating standardised commercial reports to provide performance insights for senior management.

  • Assisting the Finance Director with commercial analysis and the review of business cases.

  • Taking a proactive approach to operational performance by connecting financial data with business activities.

  • Managing cost control and identifying opportunities.

  • Conducting ad-hoc analysis to support business decision-making.

  • Contributing to all areas of Finance as we expand within the UK and globally.

Experience/ Qualifications

  • Qualified or nearly qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA

  • Commercial finance experience, preferably pervious Finance Business Partnering experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
