As a Senior Management Accountant/Finance Manager, you will work closely with the CFO, combining financial expertise with commercial acumen to drive business performance. This role offers strong career progression and the opportunity to shape the company’s financial strategy at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the monthly management accounts process, ensuring performance is measured against budgets.

  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to key stakeholders.

  • Provide accurate, data-driven insights to support budgeting and forecasting.

  • Ensure precise reconciliation of intergroup balances and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Collaborate with the CFO to deliver strategic financial insights and drive profitability.

  • Support senior management in assessing and executing new business opportunities.

  • Mentor and develop junior team members, enhancing leadership capabilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Fully qualified in CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.

  • Strong background in management and financial accounting.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team.

  • Advanced IT skills, including Excel and ERP systems.

  • A collaborative and results-driven mindset.
