Finance Business Partner

The Finance Business Partner will oversee financial operations across multiple internal departments, providing valuable insights and expertise. This role will work closely with Business Directors and their teams to support strategic decision-making, drive growth, and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with key commercial stakeholders throughout the organization.

  • Analysing variances between actual performance and budget/forecasts, identifying significant trends, and assessing risks and opportunities.

  • Enhancing management reporting with detailed analysis of revenue and costs.

  • Creating standardized commercial reports to provide performance insights to senior management.

  • Supporting the Finance Director with commercial analysis and business case reviews.

  • Taking a proactive approach to operational performance by aligning financial data with business activities.

  • Managing cost control and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Conducting ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making.

  • Contributing to all areas of Finance as the company expands in the UK and globally.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Qualified or nearly qualified in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.

  • Previous experience in commercial finance, ideally with Finance Business Partnering.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
