Accounts Assistant

​My client is looking for an immediately available Accounts professional to join their accounts team. This Accounts Assistant role is a crucial position to the success of the business. Do you want the responsibility to really affect the success of the team?

Duties will include:

  • Support the Financial Controller in the preparation and maintenance of financial reports.

  • Assisting the Financial Controller with month end.

  • Processing purchasing invoices and Purchase ledger management.

  • Raising Sales invoices through Manufacturing and Sage system.

  • Solving purchase ledger queries.

  • Taking a lead in credit control matters.

  • Preparation of monthly payroll.

To be successful in this role the following will be a distinct advantage:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong IT skills, including experience with sage
