​Join a Leading Manufacturing Business in Wakefield as an Accounts Assistant!

Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a new challenge? Our client, a niche manufacturing business in the industrial heart of Wakefield, is seeking a talented Accounts Assistant to cover a period of maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Handle a large volume of purchasing invoices with precision.

  • Sales Invoicing: Raise sales invoices using the Manufacturing and Sage systems.

  • Query Resolution: Solve queries related to both purchase and sales ledgers.

  • Payroll Preparation: Prepare monthly payroll accurately and on time.

  • Financial Management: Manage accruals for stock, other expenses, and prepayments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
