​Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with a National Accountancy firm recruiting for a Personal Tax Manager to be based out of their Doncaster office.

Reporting into the Partners, the Personal Tax Manager will collaborate with a highly varied portfolio of high-net-worth-individuals, ensuring compliance obligations are achieved.

The successful applicant will also play a key role in small advisory focused projects for clients, which can include technology, regulations or advice and recommendations. You will also support the wider tax team, providing feedback for juniors and seeking efficiencies in processes throughout the team to ensure high standards are adhered to.

This is an incredible opportunity for a tax professional to make their first move into a Management level position or, for an experience Manager to make the move with aspirations of joining a modern firm offering fully flexible working and a pathway to directorship.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients

  • Reviewing tax work prepared by junior members of the team

  • Line management and mentoring of staff

  • Provide clients with a proactive, efficient, and cost-effective taxation service that meets their needs
