M&A Assistant Director

​Forecasts for M&A activity in 2025 remain optimistic with funders and investors keen to deploy funds to good businesses. This international firm of chartered accountants maintains a major corporate finance offering across the region and has seen consistent deal completions throughout last year.

As a M&A Assistant Director you will have the opportunity to work with the firms impressive corporate, private equity backed and owner managed clients. You will advise on the full range of buy and sell side transactions including, but not limited to; mergers and acquisitions, MBO’s, MBI’s, equity raising and disposals. You will work closely with PE investors. The role would suit an existing M&A Assistant Director but others would be considered, perhaps those ready for a promotion to the grade or with appropriate experience. You are likely to be a qualified accountant, ACA, CA, ACCA (ICAEW or ICAS) though up to date relevant M&A advisory experience from a quality firm of accountants or corporate finance house is more important.

You will be given the chance to fully utilise your excellent communication and influencing skills at board level, build your own network of contacts and contribute to the business development activities of the firm.
