​We are delighted to partner with a leading global business with a £300m turnover, based in Leeds, to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant/Finance Manager to join their expanding team. This newly created group-level role reflects the company’s rapid growth and is ideal for a driven, career-focused professional eager to contribute to financial excellence and strategic development.

As a Senior Management Accountant/Finance Manager, you will work closely with the CFO, combining financial expertise with commercial insight to drive business success. This role offers excellent career progression and the chance to influence the company’s financial strategy at a high level.

  • Lead the monthly management accounts process, ensuring performance is assessed against budgets.

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to stakeholders.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting with accurate, data-driven insights.

  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of intergroup balances and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Work alongside the CFO to provide strategic financial insights and enhance profitability.

  • Assist senior management in evaluating and executing new business opportunities.

  • Mentor and develop junior team members, strengthening leadership skills.

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below qualifications/experience:

  • Qualified in CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.

  • Strong background in management and financial accounting.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team.

  • Advanced IT skills, including Excel and ERP systems.

  • Collaborative mindset with a results-driven approach.
