Graduate Corporate Finance Executive

Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with a well-known M&A firm in Sheffield as they look to recruit a Graduate Corporate Finance Executive.

A career in Corporate Finance means working in a fast-paced environment supporting in the buying and selling of businesses training to be a true market specialist and advisor.

You will receive full training for the role and study support for the ACCA but must have strong communication skills, an eye for detail and an interest in Corporate Finance.

This is a fantastic first move for someone who has recently finished their degree in Accountancy & Finance.

What you will be doing:

  • Provided well researched insight and sector reports

  • Carrying out high quality research into potential buyers, acquisition targets and markets.

  • Producing key marketing documents including teasers, information memorandums and investor packs.

  • Preparing financial models and financial forecasts to support company transactions.

Essential Requirements:

  • Must have a 2:1 or above in Accountancy & Finance, Maths, Economics or a numeric based degree OR accountancy experience (audit, accounts or tax).
