Accounts Assistant

Job description

Sharp Consultancy are excited to be working with a market Leading and well-established business based in the North of Sheffield. They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their small and friendly finance team on a full time and permanent basis and to play a key role in the day to day running of the finance department.

 

This role will include:

  • Raising sales invoices through Sage.

  • Posting and allocating sales ledger cash.

  • Reconciling cash received.

  • Credit control.

  • Reviewing and processing supplier purchase invoices to Sage.

  • Raising and reconciling supplier statements on a weekly and monthly basis.

  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

 

Skills and experience:

  • Experience with MS Excel & Sage software.

  • A proactive mindset.

  • Excellent communication.

  • Trustworthy.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Experience working within a similar role.
