Accounts Assistant

Job description

​Our client is seeking an Accounts professional who is available immediately to join their finance team. This Accounts Assistant position is vital to the business's success. Are you ready to take on the responsibility and make a significant impact on the team's success?

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Financial Controller with the preparation and upkeep of financial reports.

  • Supporting the Financial Controller during month-end processes.

  • Handling invoices and managing the Purchase ledger.

  • Issuing Sales invoices using the Manufacturing and Sage systems.

  • Resolving purchase ledger queries.

  • Leading credit control activities.

  • Preparing monthly payroll.

To excel in this role, the following skills are highly advantageous:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Sage.
