Accounts Assistant

Job description

​A hugely exciting opportunity that has arisen with a successful Harrogate based organisation.

I am looking for someone who is ideally part qualified AAT and is looking to continue their studies. This role would be best suited to someone who has a couple of years under their belt with both accounts payable and recievable.

As the Accounts Assistant you will be joining a small well-functioning finance team and be responsible for both accounts payable and receivable.

Accounts Assistant responsibilities:

  • Ad-hoc finance administration.

  • Processing credit card statements.

  • Review and analyse accounts.

  • Accounts payable.

  • Accounts receivable.

  • Managing sales ledger and monthly statements.

  • Process and manage invoices.

  • BACS and banking.

  • Supporting the Group Finance Manager.
