​Are you someone who is looking to join a successful company as Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis?

I am currently working with an organisation who are looking to bring someone on board, you would be the ideal candidate if you have some experience in accounts payable/purchase ledger.

If you are looking to make your first move into finance and you are; highly organised, come from an administrative background, can manage high volume work loads and have a fine eye for detail this role could also be suited to you too.

Accounts Assistant responsibilities:

  • Maintain purchase ledgers according to company policies.

  • Daily processing of invoices.

  • Working with cross-functional teams.

  • Statement and credit card reconciliations.

  • Invoice coding.

  • Supporting your line manager.

  • Ad-hoc finance administration.
