Job description

​One of Sharp Consultancy’s longest standing clients, and one of my best North Yorkshire clients is looking to add another purchase ledger clerk to the team on a permanent basis due to business growth.

As a company who are expanding due to mergers and acquisitions, this is an exciting opportunity. As the purchase ledger clerk you will be responsible for managing a number of ledgers.

This position would be best suited to someone who has experience working with high volume work loads and fast paced environments.

Purchase ledger clerk responsibilities:

-Maintain purchase ledgers according to company policies.

-Daily processing of invoices.

-Working with cross-functional teams.

-Statement and credit card reconciliations.

-Invoice coding.

-Supporting your line manager.

-Ad-hoc finance administration.
