As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, your role is essential for shaping the businesses’ financial performance and driving effective decision-making within the business. This role includes, but is not limited to the following key duties:

  • Build & sustain relationships with key suppliers.

  • Effectively address queries & resolve issues.

  • Processing purchasing invoices.

  • Effectively manage documents & file accordingly.

The role of Purchase Ledger Clerk will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Proficient in a range of accounting & financial software.

  • Previous experience in a similar role.

  • Thrives in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, written & spoken English.

The business, which fosters a lively and friendly environment, is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary business to cover on a long-term basis.
