Job description

I’m currently recruiting for an exciting payroll position at a fantastic, well-established business based in Doncaster. This larger regional company is expanding its finance team following a successful period of growth and is seeking a skilled payroll professional to join them.

In this role, you’ll be working closely with the payroll manager and collaborating with a small team of colleagues to manage multiple payrolls. Your primary responsibilities will include processing payroll for both weekly and monthly cycles, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and preparing and distributing payslips. You will also be responsible for maintaining payroll records, handling pension contributions, processing statutory payments, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. A key part of the role will be responding to and resolving payroll queries, so strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
