You will be responsible for:

• Support the Group Financial Controller to establish and review internal controls and procedures.

  • Production of monthly Management Accounts, including journal posting, prepayments and accruals.

  • Maintenance of balance sheet and nominal ledger

  • Monthly reconciliations

  • Review of GL postings to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Maintenance of Help to Buy Monitor

  • Dealing with Shared Equity Repayments

  • Monthly house sales reconciliations and check receipt of completion monies

  • PAYE and VAT returns

  • Completion and return of compliance and statistic reports

  • Assist with the annual audit process

  • Assist with monthly cash flow reporting

  • Annual P11d reports

  • Ad-hoc reporting
