Management Accountant

As a Management Accountant, you will be an integral part of our evolving Finance team during a period of exciting growth. Your responsibilities will include preparing month-end accounts, overseeing the monthly budgeting and forecasting processes, and driving the development of financial performance across the organization.

Duties

  • Present financial figures during monthly manufacturing review meetings.

  • Offer insights into manufacturing performance to the Operations Director and Head of Finance.

  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Prepare precise monthly management accounts, including detailed manufacturing cost centre reports and variance analysis.

  • Collaborate closely with operations, supporting projects and decision-making processes.

  • Provide reliable support for treasury functions.

  • Assist in the annual budgeting process and submit operational forecasts.

Education/ Skills

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Highly skilled in numeracy.

  • Excellent communication abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

  • Capable of working independently with initative.
