Interim Management Accountant

Job description

Our client is a market leader in their field and due to recent exciting changes across the business there is an immediate opportunity for an experienced part / qualified / Qualified by experience management Accountant to join them for an initial 3-6 month interim period, initially to support with additional workload.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts.

  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations.

  • Supporting Sales and Purchase ledger personnel to ensure accuracy of entries.

  • Monitor Sales Invoicing and Credit Control.

  • Ensure timely filing and payments in relation to Tax.

  • Work with stakeholders across the organisation.

  • Support year end Audit.

  • Support continuous review and update of finance systems / procedures to ensure optimum performance.

  • Ad hoc project support as required.

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Able to work using your own initiative as well as part of a team.

  • Excellent systems and communication skills.
