Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job description

My North Yorkshire client, who is a leader in their market, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join the team.

As the Accounts Receivable Clerk you will report into the Accounting Supervisor and will be responsible for managing sales ledgers in line with company procedures.

Accounts Receivable responsibilities:
* Enter and manage customer invoices and credit notes.
* Work with cross functional teams.
* Full credit management responsibilities.
* Reconcile customer accounts in both local and foreign currency
* Reconciliation of ledgers and the issuing of monthly statements
* Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Desired skills for Accounts Receivable Clerk:
* Part Qualified AAT.
* Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with SAP.
* Dealing with multiple currencies.
