Senior FP&A Manager

As Senior FP&A Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the Senior FP&A Manager will provide data-driven insights that support business growth. This is also an exciting opportunity to build and scale an FP&A function that aligns with the company’s expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly performance analysis to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain financial models for accurate revenue, expense, and capital forecasting.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, delivering insights that drive performance improvements, cost efficiencies, and business case development.

  • Produce accurate KPI reporting and variance analysis, identifying trends and key drivers to support strategic decisions.

  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management and the board.

  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across FP&A activities.

  • Leverage financial systems and tools to automate reporting and maintain data integrity

Ideally will be able to demonstrate the below experience;

  • A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

  • Proven FP&A experience, including strong business partnering with senior leaders.

  • Background in a multi-site business environment.

  • Advanced analytical skills, with expertise in Excel and financial modelling.

  • Experience with ERP systems, financial planning software, and data visualization tools.

  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
