Senior FP&A Analyst

​We are excited to bring to market an exceptional Senior FP&A Analyst role for a global Manufacturing business in Leeds city centre. The role would suit a Qualified Finance Business Partner or FP&A financial professional with strong commercial acumen This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Finance Business Partner to join a global PE backed business and really put your stamp on this exciting career enhancing opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior leadership with budgets, forecasts, and financial models, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to, enabling data-driven decisions.

  • Provide financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Develop dashboards to provide clear visibility of performance metrics.

  • Support the integration of planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for new acquisitions.

  • Provide scenario analysis and financial evaluations.

  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.

  • Develop and maintain training materials for financial reporting, forecasting, and planning tools to upskill stakeholders.

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below qualifications/experience:

  • A professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong track record in FP&A

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or global business environment.

  • Advanced analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel and financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI or Anaplan).

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.

  • Strong business acumen and a passion for driving operational and financial performance.
