Recoveries Administrator – Leeds

​We’re partnering with a major energy provider looking to bring a Recoveries Administrator into their Leeds-based team.

As a Recoveries Administrator, you’ll play a key part in the collections and recoveries function, managing internal processes, liaising with external stakeholders, and supporting the legal pack and insolvency process. This is a great opportunity for someone organised, detail-driven, and confident managing sensitive customer debt situations.

If you’ve worked in a similar debt recovery, insolvency, or legal admin environment and enjoy juggling multiple moving parts, this Recoveries Administrator role could be a perfect fit.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A RECOVERIES ADMINISTRATOR:

  • Managing internal debt recovery and write-off processes

  • Liaising with internal departments and external partners

  • Preparing and validating legal packs

  • Monitoring payment plans, defaults, and settlements

  • Contacting customers and external administrators where required

  • Handling customer insolvency cases and Companies House updates

  • Supporting with mailbox, ticketing, and general admin duties

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A RECOVERIES ADMINISTRATOR:

  • Experience in debt recovery, legal admin, or insolvency work

  • Microsoft Office proficient and strong attention to detail

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines

  • Confident communicator – written and verbal

  • Energy sector experience is desirable but not essential
