Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? Our client, a top business in Bradford, is on the lookout for a dynamic Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join their close-knit finance team. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the purchase ledger function and lead a team of three junior ledger staff. You’ll also collaborate with various stakeholders to provide insightful cost analysis and support with ad hoc reporting queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the purchase ledger function runs smoothly with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Invoice Reconciliation: Manage invoice reconciliation and approval levels with precision.

  • Credit Card Administration: Handle company credit card administration seamlessly.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of three, conducting one-on-one sessions to foster growth.
