Sharp Consultancy are excited to be working with a well-established business based in Sheffield that are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

This role will be working within a fun and exciting office environment, so it is perfect for someone looking to work within a sociable team environment.

This role will include:
- Processing and inputting invoices
- Reconciling Supplier Statements/Accounts
- Monthly Payment runs
- Processing utility invoices
- VAT Chasing
- Managing and maintaining 2 mailboxes
- Resolving invoice discrepancies

Skills and experience required:
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient with data entry
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work in a fast paced office environment
- Previous experience within a Purchase Ledger Role
