Purchase Ledger Clerk - Key Responsibilities:

  • Payment Management - Ensure prompt and accurate processing of payments using D365 and FMS systems.

  • Invoice Processing – High volume invoice processing.

  • Query Resolution - Proactively address and resolve queries from both internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.

  • Supplier Advice - Ensure remittance advices are sent to external suppliers before payment is received to prevent unnecessary queries.

  • Team Player - Be able to work within a dynamic team environment while taking responsibility for personal tasks daily.

  • Additional support - Support the Purchase Ledger Team in other matters.

Purchase Ledger Clerk – The Role

  • Capable of performing effectively under pressure and while meeting deadlines.

  • Highly committed and motivated self-starter with the drive to perform.

  • Be able to identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency within the purchase ledger function.
