Part time Accounts Assistant

Job description

This is a great opportunity to work with a great Sheffield business as an Accounts Assistant. The role is initially temporary with the view for the right candidate to soon be a permanent member of the team. The role has come about due to growth and the current accounts assistant is part time so this role would essentially be a job share.

You will work on a bespoke system where you will be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger inbox and for processing invoices and credit notes and keeping on top of customer payments. You will deal with both internal and external queries but there will always be help on hand to make sure that you get the right training for the role.

All in all, this is a well rounded role that you will be able to demonstrate your wealth of experience within a Sheffield SME.
