Interim Management accountant

Job description

​This very well known financial services brand, based in the heart of Leeds city centre, have an urgent requirement for an experienced management accountant. You will be joining at a key time in their annual cycle, being heavily involved in Year end as well the following Audit period.

YOU MUST THEREFORE BE QUALIFIED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.

General duties as follows:

  • Production of monthly management accounts – P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows.

  • P&L and project variance analysis vs budget/prior periods with commentary.

  • To be the Go-To person for all things management accounts.

  • Payroll and expenses reports.

  • Year-end accounts processes.

This will be a key role to deliver for the team, and you will need to hit the ground running. Solid experience of working with Auditors would be beneficial.

The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience of working within a niche FS business.
