Interim FP&A Lead

​This growing Business Consultancy has been enjoying unrivalled growth over the last 3 to 4 years. Their foothold in their niche of the market is impressive, all down to a solid and measured organic approach to their growth.

Now with external investor backing they are seeking to increase their growth this year and as a result M&A will be high on the agenda. As a result of this, they seek to add an FP&A lead to the senior finance team.

You will be highly experienced within FP&A, who will be tasked with building the function from the ground up. A keen eye for process, ensuring the function is built right first time is essential.

You will have experience of bringing together budgets from multiple business lines, therefore Group level experience is an absolute must on this occasion. You will own the timetable and templates, ensuring that not only senior management have clarity, but be able to report to and for the board in real-time, with little notice.

There will be a small team to build around you, and again this responsibility will be yours to deliver as and when it is deemed necessary.

This is an initial 9 month contract, likely to extend to the end of the year. A truly fulfilling role for the right person.
