FP&A Analyst

​Sharp Consultancy is partnering with a well-established company in Bradford’s manufacturing sector to find a skilled FP&A Analyst. This growing business is looking for a motivated individual with strong character, eager to contribute and thrive in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment. Due to rapid expansion and substantial investments in their core operations, they need a dedicated professional to provide financial insights and support across key business areas, collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive performance and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with operations management on a designated client portfolio to gain a deep understanding of the business and its commercial drivers.

  • Regularly prepare financial performance reports and business KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities for performance improvements.

  • Lead projects and process enhancements to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the function.

  • Ensure adherence to clients’ financial governance frameworks.

  • Support the development of reporting tools, offering guidance to business users and identifying areas for greater clarity.

  • Manage periodic planning and forecasting processes, providing strategic analysis and advice to management.

  • Collaborate with various teams within the broader finance function, including transactional finance and Group.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client contracts.

  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support related to performance and processes.
