The ideal candidate will report to the Financial Controller and should be part-qualified or fully qualified in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA, with a solid foundation in audit and accounting. A passion for growth and excellence within a high-performing, fast-paced finance environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting various ad-hoc tasks as required.

  • Managing year-end statutory and tax compliance.

  • Acting as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors.

  • Preparing monthly financial reports for divisional directors.

  • Conducting in-depth variance analysis on monthly financial statements.

  • Collaborating with Audit, Finance, Operations, and HR teams to ensure accurate transaction reporting.

  • Preparing and obtaining approval for balance sheet reconciliations.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Part-qualified or fully qualified in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.

  • Previous experience in statutory accounts, ideally in a Financial Accountant role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational abilities, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a proactive approach. A capacity to work both independently and as part of a team, coupled with a strong drive for success, will be crucial for excelling in this role.
