As part of a central finance function with multiple ledgers, we are looking for a Credit Control Team Leader to lead a team of Credit Control and supporting staff. You will be responsible for the timely collection of outstanding payments.

To do this you will manage and motive a team of Accounts Receivable staff including workload management, target setting, one to one’s and appraisals, personal development. You will be a point of escalation for all related customer queries. Responsible the regular debtor reporting and managing the month end close of the ledgers.

We are looking for a candidate with pervious experience of a similar role, someone with supervisory experience in an accounts receivable environment. Ideally with a large organisation with multiple ledgers.

The key to this role people management, understanding the team and the individuals in it, to get the best out of them. Creating and maintaining good working relationships, motiving staff while ensuring a positive working atmosphere.

The salary is up to £35,500

Hours are office based, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

25 days annual leave plus stat
