Admin & Billing Assistant

Job description

Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a well-established and significant healthcare provider based in Sheffield. They are currently looking for an Administrator and Billing Assistant to join their small but friendly team on a permanent and full-time basis.

 

The main duties of this role will include:

  • Providing accurate, prompt and efficient administrative support to the finance team.

  • Providing cover when needed for others in the finance team.

  • Data input on the billing system and become jointly responsible for all the billing.

  • Taking payments over the phone.

  • Monitoring outstanding debt and taking prompt action when required.

  • Chasing outstanding balances.

  • Any other Adhoc duties when required.

 

Skills and experience required:

  • Excellent telephone manner.

  • Brilliant communication skills.

  • Ability work as part of a team.

  • High attention to detail and an ability to plan, prioritise and adapt.

£24,000 - £26,000
