Our client, a successful small business in Rotherham, is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join their close-knit team.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will support the business with a range of accounting and administrative tasks, including:

  • Sales Ledger: Processing sales invoices and allocating cash.

  • Purchase Ledger: Handling supplier invoices and payments.

  • CIS Administration: Ensuring compliance with industry-specific requirements.

  • Customer Service: Responding to client queries and supporting team operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Essential:

    • Previous experience with sales and purchase ledger duties.

    • A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

  • Desirable:

    • Experience in the construction industry or familiarity with CIS.
