Working with a rapidly expanding owner managed manufacturing SME in Scunthorpe, there is an immediate opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager / Book keeper to join the business for an interim period of 6-9 months, this role will support the business through a transitional phase, working closely with the FD and MD to ensure accurate and meaningful monthly reporting is supporting the rapid growth the business is experiencing.
This is a 360 Finance role and will encompass ledger management as well as production of the monthly management accounts and reporting.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Timely and accurate monthly management Accounts
* Balance sheet control including reconciliation
* Ledger control
* VAT
* Liaison with banks
* Cash flow management
* Cash forecasting
* Process management
* Various analysis and ad hoc reporting to support decision making processes
This role requires an individual who can demonstrate sound technical financial knowledge as well as good systems and communication skills, Exposure to In4 would be advantageous but not essential. You will also be required to demonstrate a flexible and pro active approach
